Chloe Ferrell
Associate

Chloe Ferrell is an associate at Fort, Holloway, & Saylor, LLC, who focuses on family law. Chloe’s interest in the practice area is both professional and personal. As a child of divorce, she faced firsthand the challenges that family-law disputes can create for families, particularly for children. That perspective shaped her understanding of the importance of having an attorney who can provide strong advocacy, while remaining compassionate, practical, and mindful of the lasting impact that legal decisions can have on a family.
Experience
Prior to law school, Chloe earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology, graduating magna cum laude with High Honors from the University of Georgia. As a Nashville native, Chloe returned to her hometown to attend Belmont University College of Law, where she earned her law degree and criminal law certificate. During her time at Belmont, Chloe gained experience across a broad range of civil and criminal matters through clerkships with the Williamson County Circuit Court, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Tennessee, and a private litigation firm. Chloe strives to use her experience to provide knowledgeable, strategic representation while making the legal process approachable for her clients. She believes clients deserve an attorney who will take their concerns seriously, communicate honestly, and advocate with both confidence and compassion.
