Sam Holloway

Sam focuses in Family Law. Sam has dedicated his law practice to fighting for his clients to ensure that they are protected when it comes to the three most important things in a divorce: maximizing parenting time; protecting a client’s current financial stability; and protecting a client’s future financial security. Sam works hard to ensure that he and his clients come up with the best legal strategy to get what his clients want and deserve: a great outcome ending a stressful period in their lives.

Other areas of practice for Sam involve general sessions criminal defense, criminal / circuit court criminal defense, juvenile delinquency, and dependent and neglect proceedings in juvenile court.

Sam Holloway is a life-long Tennessean and a member of the Williamson County Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association. He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence at the University of Memphis School of Law.
